Lohan’s Nail Polish Last Word

Lindsey Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for failing to take her 2007 probation sentence seriously and broke down as she told the judge she took the court seriously in an effort to get the decision reversed.

But did she take the court seriously. Not according to her finger nail art, which read in black print F*** U. Several times throughout the hearing Lohan directed her nail in direction of the judge.
 

But it was the judge who got the last laugh in sentencing Lohan to 90 days in prison. Lohan is due to return to court on July 20 for sentencing.

During her rehabilitation process, Lohan failed to show up for several court order education classes.
Given her celebrity status, the Mean Girl’s star will likely serve her sentence in an isolated cell, away from other inmates.
 

Once out of prison, Lohan will head to the set of Inferno, directed by Deep Throat director Matthew Wilder.

Wilder says he supports his actress.

"We are proud to have this remarkable artist on our film," Wilder wrote in a statement, according to New York magazine.

"I hope this will turn the story for her a little bit and remind people that this is someone who is serious about acting and who is really different from the cartoon portrayed in the tabloid press."
 

A source close to Lohan Tells E! the sentence was harsh.
 

"Obviously Lindsay doesn't think the outcome was entirely fair, but at this point, the most important thing for her to do is make sure during the next two weeks she doesn't give the judge reason to extend her sentence," the source said.

"She's in distress right now. She realizes there is still a possibility of having more jail time added on. She understands the best thing to do right now is stay inside.”
