The newly formed Central Transformation Team located within the Legal and Democratic Services Directorate are looking to appoint to this post to support the delivery of the Councils 2014 Transformation Agenda.

The Transformation Programme Planner role will develop and maintain integrated transformation programme plans and support the effective co-ordination of programmes, projects and other activities comprising the Transformation portfolio.

The role will also be responsible for the resource planning of specialist, expert or cross-cutting resources and provide planning support and advice to programme teams.
