Job Description :

Direct management and development of staff and clienting of project consultants in the delivery of projects / programmes.

Financial Management including budget preperation, resource planning and monitoring.

Strong knowledge of project and programme management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)

A sound knowledge of town planning practice, procurement or property development
Stakeholder and partnership management within the public sector or similar environment, building support and maintaining a high level of commitment from stakeholders through communications and effective influencing skills.

Understanding of the scope and content of current legislation and other developments which affect and influence regeneration projects
