This operational lead will need to have experience of managing change programmes in a local government environment. The programme will bring together work related to human resources, organisational development, new ways of working and accommodation strategies. Specialist leads will be appointed for each of these workstreams, so the programme lead is required to coordinate work and ensure synergy and appropriate programme management.
