Reporting to the Head of Housing Management, you will be responsible for: Senior Building Maintenance Officer, M&E and other Surveyors and Project Managers

The main purpose of the role is to manage the full range of housing maintenance services for approximately 6,000 properties. You will provide an efficient customer orientated repairs service, whilst delivering a full response and planned maintenance service and capital programme on the client’s housing estates.

You will act as Housing Management Client with the chosen partner contractors and to lead on the appointment of new contractors, as well as leading and managing the development, co-ordination and implementation of the Council’s programme of stock improvement and modernisation.

This is an essential car user position (business insurance required) and I would require all applicants to have a CRB issued within the past 12 months
